Southfork Ranch is Durango’s newest Regional Retail Development located adjacent to Three Springs and Mercy Regional Medical Center. Recently annexed into the City of Durango, Southfork Ranch comprises 155 acres with land uses in place.
A ten year entitlement process has resulted in a development opportunity with CDOT’s 40 Million Dollar Interchange on US Hwy 160 E serving Southfork Ranch, the City of Durango’s commitment to finance and construct the connection through Southfork Ranch (Wilson Gulch Rd.), the recent purchase of Lot 3 (37.43acres) by GVRP the real estate development entity for The Southern Ute Indian Tribe and the approval of their Conceptual Development Plan for a Regional Retail development.
